Who we are

QubNexa ("we", "us") is the operator of qubnexa.com and decides how personal information collected through it is used. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@qubnexa.com.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways.

• When you send us an enquiry: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your project details, and your budget and timeline (both optional). You choose what to write in the free-text field.
• With your consent only: how you use the site (pages viewed, the campaign or website that referred you, and whether you started or sent the contact form), collected through Google Analytics 4 by way of Google Tag Manager. This is switched off until you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
• Automatically, for security and operation: our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs. When you send the contact form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions; we store it only as a one-way hash for that purpose.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and take steps you have asked for before any agreement is made. This is our main use of your information.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, so we can improve it. We do this only with your consent.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
• To keep reasonable business records of our correspondence.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of providers who process it on our behalf:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website and the email account that receives your enquiry and sends you the confirmation.
• Google, if you accept analytics: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

Confirmation email

When you send the contact form we email you a confirmation, and we email the enquiry to our team. These messages are a direct response to your request. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep sensible records of our dealings with you, then delete them. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period configured in that account. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use "Cookie settings" in the footer). To use any of these rights, email info@qubnexa.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this page if what we do with personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
